By creating an account or using ArgonarPay's services ("Service"), you ("Merchant") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. ArgonarPay ("Company", "we", "us") is a Philippine payment gateway service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to conduct business in the Republic of the Philippines to use ArgonarPay. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.
To access the Service, you must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which includes submitting a valid government-issued ID, a selfie with your ID, and optionally a business permit. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. We may request additional documentation at any time.
ArgonarPay facilitates the collection of payments made through e-wallet and bank transfer methods available in the Philippines. We act as a payment intermediary. We do not guarantee the availability or uninterrupted operation of any third-party payment network. Transaction amounts are subject to a service fee as stated in your merchant account.
Our standard processing fee is 1.5% per successful transaction. Fees are deducted from your merchant balance before settlement. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days' notice communicated via email or the merchant dashboard.
Settlements are processed to the bank account or e-wallet you registered during onboarding, typically within one business day of a settlement request. We reserve the right to hold settlements pending compliance review or investigation of suspicious activity.
You may not use ArgonarPay for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law or BSP regulations. Violation may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. Do not share your secret key publicly or embed it in client-side code. ArgonarPay is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, excessive chargebacks, or suspicious activity. Upon termination, any balance remaining in your account will be settled to your registered payout account within a reasonable period, after deducting any outstanding fees or liabilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArgonarPay and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of proper jurisdiction in the Philippines.
